Patrick Dervin is the managing principal of Economic Solutions LLC. For over ten years Mr. Dervin has provided economic consulting services, primarily in transfer pricing and valuation areas. Mr. Dervin has previously worked as an Industry Economist in the Large & Mid-Size Business (LMSB) division of the Internal Revenue Service and as a senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's global transfer pricing practice focusing on international tax planning and compliance, intellectual property and corporate valuations, and dispute resolution. Mr. Dervin has an M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, an M.A. in Economics from Colorado State University, and is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
